DIY Sock Monkeys
What this month's class is about: Kids will bring home a brand new handmade friend. Each child will use a collection of socks to cut, shape, stuff, and assemble their very own sock monkey…completely no-sew, so everything is safe and kid-friendly from start to finish. We'll be using fabric glue to hold it all together, and every monkey gets stuffed by its maker, with a little heart tucked inside for extra love. No two monkeys will look exactly alike, and every child leaves with something they made entirely with their own hands.
Age Group: Kinder – 4th Grade
Class Duration: 1.5 hours: Drop off/Pick up only
Location: Palms, West LA – Outdoor backyard craft setup (address provided after enrollment)
Date & Time: Sunday, July 26th, 2026 — 12:00–1:30 PM Arrive 10 minutes early for seating + kindness rules
Class Size: Maximum 8 students

What to Bring A water bottle, comfy clothes that can get a little messy, and anything your child needs for allergies/medical support.

Safety Notes A bathroom buddy system is used, and all sharp or hot tools are handled only by the instructor. Creating with Cami is fully background checked, with CPR/First Aid certification in progress.
